Kevin Guroodat, President
Kevin is a senior majoring in Finance at Baruch College. He has been a member of the Finance & Economics Society since his freshman year, participating in the Mentorship and Investment Banking Analyst Programs, and currently serves as President of the club. His past experiences include equity trading, venture capital, portfolio management, and alternative investment management. This past summer, he interned at JPMorgan on the Equities Asset Management team. In his free time, he enjoys watching football and playing basketball
Armit Dhingra, Vice President
Armit Dhingra is a senior majoring in Economics with a double minor in Fintech and Political Science. He currently serves as the Vice President and has also served as Chair of Research and lead the Investment Banking Program. He has gained internship experience in capital markets, investment banking, and trading at various firms, spending this past summer at Figure Technologies working in Capital Markets on the Asset-Backed Securities and Structured Credit team. Armit is an avid basketball fan and also enjoys playing the drums and watching UFC. He credits FES with playing a pivotal role in his development and remains a strong advocate for the opportunities the club creates for its members.
Veronica Eklund, Secretary
Veronica is a Junior at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a minor in Film Studies. She joined FES in the second semester of her freshman year, where she participated in the Mentorship, Financial Analyst, and Investment Banking programs. She later served as a Teaching Assistant for the Financial Analyst Program and is now the Instructor for the Markets Program. Beyond FES, she interned at the New York Stock Exchange and gained experience as a Sales Consultant at a fintech company. She is highly dedicated to giving back to students and is passionate about pursuing a career in Sales and Trading. During her free time, she loves watching movies, exploring the city, and reading.
Maxim Fesenko, Treasurer
Maxim is a junior at Baruch College majoring in Finance. He currently serves as Treasurer of FES, having completed the Investment Banking program in 2025 and gone on to lead the Mentorship Program in Spring 2026. This past January, Maxim took part in Houlihan Lokey's Investment Banking Winter Boot Camp, and he will be joining BMO Capital Markets as a 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Alongside his studies, he works full-time at a healthcare company. Outside of work, Maxim enjoys playing soccer and tennis, and loves exploring New York's dining scene.
Matteo Beach, Markets Program Instructor
Matteo is a sophomore at Baruch College majoring in Finance. He joined the Finance & Economics Society in fall 2025 beginning in the Mentorship program, then going through the Markets Program. He is returning this year to instruct the Markets Program. His past experiences include equity research and trading. In his free time, Matteo enjoys working out, training MMA, reading, and hanging out with friends.
Mukund Rao, Markets Program Instructor
Mukund is a sophomore at Baruch College majoring in Finance. He joined FES during his freshman year, starting as an analyst in the Markets Program. This year, he serves as the instructor for the Markets Program. His past experiences include project management, a sales internship and is currently interning for a wealth management firm. In his free time, Mukund enjoys playing the guitar, watching movies and exploring new restaurants.
Kateryna Havryliuk, Investment Banking Program Advisor
Kate is a Junior at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a minor in Computer Science. She joined FES in her sophomore year, completing the Financial Analyst Program, and now serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Markets and Investment Banking programs. With three years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, Kate developed a strong foundation in financial reporting. Next summer, she will be joining Province LLC as a Restructuring Intern. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and pickleball. Kate looks forward to meeting new FES members and supporting them in their career growth.
Eddie Chicaiza, Investment Banking Instructor
Eddie is in his final year at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. He joined the Finance & Economics Society last year, completing both the Markets and Investment Banking programs, and returned this year to instruct the Investment Banking Program. His prior experience includes internships in wealth management, start-ups, middle-market investment banking, and most recently at Moody's Ratings on the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team this past summer. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys watching soccer, reading, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Nina Starodubtseva, Mentorship Program Instructor
Nina is a sophomore at Baruch College majoring in Finance. She joined the Finance & Economics Society in fall 2025 through the Mentorship Program before going on to complete the Markets Program. She now serves as an instructor for the Mentorship Program. Her past experiences include venture capital and affordable housing real estate, and she is currently an Investment Fellow at Centerbridge Partners. In her free time, Nina enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, exploring the city, and spending time with friends and family.
Vladyslav Hrytsenko, Mentorship Program Instructor
Vlad is a sophomore at Baruch College majoring in Finance. He joined FES during his freshman year, starting as a mentee in the Mentorship Program before moving into the Investment Banking Program. This year, he serves as an instructor for the Mentorship Program. Vlad also holds a New York real estate license and works part-time on the leasing side of a property management office. Last summer, he interned at Catalyst Capital Advisors as an equity research analyst. During his free time, Vlad likes to hike, travel, play pickleball, ski, and spend time with friends.
Julie Anikeyev, Markets Advisor
Julie is a junior at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a double minor in Advanced Business Analysis and Communications. She has been a part of FES since her freshman year, participating in the mentorship, FA, and IB programs. Now, she is an instructor for the Markets program, teaching students about fundamental concepts crucial to know in market-facing roles. This past summer, she was an investment banking analyst at a boutique firm. Next summer, Julie will be joining the Sales and Trading division at Bank of America. During her free time, she likes to paint, listen to music, reconnect with nature, and drink tea.
Denys Kruchynenko, Club Advisor
Denys is a senior at Baruch College majoring in Finance. He has been a member of FES since his freshman year. He completed the Mentorship and Financial Analyst Programs, taught the Investment Banking Program, served as Vice President, and currently is an active advisor. Denys interned at Centerbridge Partners and Deutsche Bank during previous summers and will join PJT Partners as a Restructuring & Special Situations Analyst upon graduation. During his free time, Denys likes to play tennis, produce music, and go out with his friends.
Alexis Jacob, Club Advisor
Alexis is a Senior at Baruch College majoring in Finance with a double minor in Advanced Business Analytics and Communications. She has been a member of FES since freshman year, participating in the Mentorship and Financial Analyst programs. She is now an advisor after previously being Head of the Mentorship Program and Treasurer. This past summer she worked as a Global Wealth Management intern at UBS, where she will be returning full time. This Fall 2026 semester she will be studying abroad at UC3M in Madrid, Spain.
Kseniia Vavilova, Head of Marketing
Kaelyn is currently a junior at Baruch pursuing a degree in Marketing Management and minoring in Graphic Communications. Kaelyn’s past experiences include a social media marketing internship for CUNY Cultural Corps and being the Chair of Marketing for MOB. She enjoys learning how different organizations connect with their audiences and is eager to continue developing her skills through academic and extracurricular experiences. As the Head of Marketing for FES, Kaelyn looks forward to contributing her ideas, collaborating with peers, and supporting the club’s initiatives while gaining valuable professional and leadership experience. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and hanging out with her friends.
