The FES Mentorship Program invites successful financial services professionals to mentor underclassmen. The mentors support and encourage mentees in their academic, professional, and personal development.
Mentors provide career advice while assisting mentees with the tools and resources to give them a competitive advantage in the recruiting process. By completing projects and having one-on-one interactions, the mentees get a hands-on experience that will help them fulfill their professional goals.
